About The Position

The Cushion Sewer position is located in Claremont, NC. You will be responsible for reading and understanding production tickets and interpreting simple sewing instructions. You will adhere to established sewing standards, tag and separate covers for distribution, analyze sewing for straightness and alignment with cover patterns, check for drop stitches, and place bundles in their proper place on the staging table. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in fabric sewing for upper end upholstered furniture.
Experience reading and understanding production tickets and ability to interpret simple sewing instructions commonly placed in a sewing manual.
Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.

Nice To Haves

Good communication skills-oral and written.

Responsibilities
