About The Position

Custom furniture and curtain workroom to the trade, operating in NYC for over 140 years. Based in New York since 1881, we’ve been providing the world’s most renowned interior designers and architects with fine custom upholstered furniture, reupholstery and curtains for five generations. All furniture is made in-house by hand, based on one of our hundreds of furniture models or on custom designs, using old world techniques applied by skilled artisans. Our reupholstery capabilties are no less comprehensive, working with the finest museum-quality pieces, ensuring they are returned to the client ready to last generations. We also offer our clients a full range of curtains and soft goods including curtains on poles and rings, valances, shades, bed hangings, cushions, pillows, and other items which are all made to the highest standards. We make curtains, shades, valances, bedskirts, tableskirts, etc. We measure for and install all of our own draperies. Work for high end residential interior designers.
