The Curriculum Specialist is responsible for assisting the Curriculum Director in the development and implementation of curriculum for Career Connections and Shared Table food pantry. This role involves working closely with day program staff to ensure quality client services, acting as a mentor to Direct Support Professionals, and managing curriculum materials and supplies. The specialist will also be involved in researching, developing, and implementing curriculum components, maintaining dietary restriction information, creating inventories, and shopping for supplies. Additionally, the role includes leading Shared Table appointments and training labs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, organizing photos of client activities, staying updated on client behavior trainings, assisting with tours, and maintaining program electronics. Cross-training with the curriculum team is also a component of this position.
