About The Position

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Curriculum Developer to support our team in Virginia Beach, VA. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated success in three (3) or more of the following operational areas:
• At least 4 years’ experience in joint training.
• Knowledge and experience in Joint Doctrine and Chairman’s Instructions/Manuals
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Instructional Systems Designer
• At least 3 years’ experience with eLearning practices and technology strategies in a military training environment.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing interactive web-based learning and blended learning courses.
• Experience with eLearning and curriculum and courseware authoring for web-based training and education development.
• Developing complex level interactive courseware.
• Utilizing eLearning practices and technology strategies in a military training environment.
• Working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
