About The Position

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer I / Instructional Developer I to provide developmental and production support for Navy curriculum revision efforts under the CTC program.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating assessments
• Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
• Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical direction
• Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively on a team with colleagues in various employment categories such as active duty military, civil service government employees and other contract employees
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

• Zero to three years of Navy curriculum development experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
• Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
• Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
• Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
• Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
