About The Position

The Curriculum Design and Development Specialist creates and manages engaging learning programs, both online and instructor-led, by partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop solutions that improve employee performance and support business objectives.

Requirements

Experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.
Experience creating and delivering training materials and learning programs.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs and training materials (virtual, instructor-led, and eLearning).
Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create effective learning solutions.
Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Develop online learning content using course authoring tools and learning technologies.
Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Continuously improve training content to support employee performance and business objectives.
