About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and organized Curriculum Coordinator to support our teachers in delivering a high-quality educational experience. The Curriculum Coordinator will ensure curriculum implementation, maintain classroom compliance, coach teachers, and help create engaging learning environments that promote children's growth and development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and leadership.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Previous leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and quality standards preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor the implementation of The Learning Experience curriculum in all classrooms.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching and feedback to teachers.
- Ensure classrooms remain compliant with licensing regulations and company standards.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum preparation, and classroom management strategies.
- Maintain curriculum materials and resources throughout the center.
- Train new staff on curriculum expectations, educational practices, and classroom procedures.
- Track and support child development assessments and documentation.
- Collaborate with center leadership to improve educational quality and classroom performance.
- Participate in family events, center activities, and educational initiatives.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for children and staff.
