About The Position

We’re hiring a Curd Associate to support daily manufacturing tasks including unpackaging stored curd, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position involves heavy lifting and carrying, working in refrigerated environments, and physical stamina.

Requirements

Reliable attendance is critical.
Must be able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and complete forms accurately.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, to support production demands.
Physically capable of standing for long periods, working in varying temperatures and humidity levels, and lifting (up to 25kgs), pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
Candidates with a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of curd handling, storage, and usage.
Operate and maintain equipment used for curd handling and ensure proper sanitation of said equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory of stored curd to ensure consistent supply for production.
Ensure curd is stored and handled under proper conditions, preserving quality and safety.
Prepare curd for production following controlled preparation procedures.
Inspect stored and prepared curd for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and food safety regulations during curd handling.
Work closely with production team to ensure timely curd supply.
Identify opportunities to improve curd handling efficiency and reduce waste.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
