This position, a Curbside Team Member, is responsible for fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order. The role aims to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area through fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. The team member will maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership, present a courteous attitude, and respond to customer questions and needs. They will resolve customer complaints quickly by contacting leadership when necessary. Responsibilities include receiving workflow from a dashboard, fulfilling orders for the day, utilizing a selection process for products within the store, bagging products appropriately following standards, and storing products correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines. Greeting each customer, taking payment for the order, and maintaining a clean and neat work environment are also key aspects of the role.
