Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age.
Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to use material-handling equipment and maintain license.
HS Diploma or GED or equivalent education.

6 months of In-Store Shopper or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Review submitted orders and contact customers regarding order selection as needed.
Select eCommerce online orders and package them in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
Ensure all perishable and non-perishable eCommerce merchandise areas are clean and free of debris.
Assist in selecting, sorting, and unloading merchandise from baskets or totes into appropriate storage areas (refrigeration, frozen, dry storage).
Provide excellent customer service by phone when reviewing orders, suggesting substitute items, answering product-related questions, and locating products.
Package, transport, and load groceries and merchandise from the store to the customer's vehicle.
Minimize shrink through careful handling of product.
Achieve productivity standards.
Use a digital tool to select items, pack and put away customer orders, retrieve orders for customers, review customer orders, and communicate changes or adjustments.
In the absence of the Manager or Lead, take the lead in communicating issues or customer concerns to Store leadership or coverage manager.
Perform Representative duties as needed.
Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore as needed.
Maintain and stock bag areas.
Organize, clean, and prepare prep areas, wareroom, and sales floor for incoming trucks.
Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products to support eCommerce order selection.
Maintain standards for safety and sanitation.
Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
