For the Curbside Shopper, this means accurately selecting and packing orders, assisting customers with pickups, and working efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable about Adams products and their locations within the store.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate Adams’ culture and values
- Ability to learn and operate Adams’ point of sale systems
- Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
- Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly and thank them for shopping at Adams.
- Shop and fulfill Farm to Car curbside orders efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments, finalize transactions, and place orders in customers' vehicles.
- Maintain all sanitary and safety precautions while fulfilling orders.
- Assist and train fellow curbside shoppers as needed.
- Troubleshoot department issues and help maintain smooth operations.
