About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for UND students only. The role involves assisting with the maintenance, upkeep, research, record keeping, and art installation duties for the Living Art Museum Across Campus. Responsibilities include inspecting, photographing, documenting, moving, repairing, preparing, and installing artwork in various campus buildings. The position requires using an online database, photography equipment, and occasionally social media. Work may also take place in the Memorial Union Gallery.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Experience with basic office equipment
  • Must be available to work approx. 8 hours M-F between the hours of 8am and 5pm
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Must have an interest in art
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • Verify identity and eligibility to work in the US
  • Complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
