Requirements

1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, or other customer‑facing environments.
Knowledge of luxury service principles and expectations of high‑end clientele.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Natural elegance, warmth, and professional poise.
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proactive, team‑oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Comfortable with CRM tools, appointment booking systems, and POS operations.
Basic understanding of skincare, fragrance, and beauty categories.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome clients upon arrival while embodying Rennaï’s luxury etiquette and hospitality standards.
Offer refreshments, introduce store services, and guide clients smoothly through their visit.
Maintain a visible and attentive presence on the floor to anticipate needs and elevate guest comfort.
Manage the store's appointment schedule across consultations, wellness services, and beauty experiences.
Support in orchestrating client flow to reduce wait times and maintain smooth operational rhythm.
Coordinate with Beauty Advisors, Experience Managers, and store leadership to optimize the customer journey.
Uphold Rennaï’s visual and sensory identity, including ambiance, cleanliness, scent profile, and product presentation.
Maintain impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury beauty standards.
Share Rennaï’s philosophy, brand stories, and product highlights to enrich client engagement and discovery.
Provide initial product guidance or directional support, referring clients to specialists when needed.
Assist with VIP hosting, private appointments, and curated luxury retail experiences.
Address basic customer inquiries regarding products, services, or promotions.
Assist with opening/closing routines and ensure the store is always polished and guest‑ready.
Prepare and restock hospitality areas, maintaining a refined and welcoming lounge environment.
Support event setups, client gifting, merchandising preparations, and day‑to‑day floor readiness.
