About The Position
The Title Curative Specialist is a REMOTE position responsible for reviewing title issues and assisting clients with curing title issues. In addition, they are responsible for reviewing the issue and notifying the title claims team and keeping the client informed on the progress of handling the curative. The specialist is responsible for keeping very good notes on the curative they are maintaining.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- High school or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
