About The Position

Cupcakin' Bake Shop is seeking a passionate individual to join our Night Bake team as a Cupcake Baker. In this role, you will be responsible for scooping and baking cupcakes using batter provided by the prep team in a large-scale bakery operation. This position is crucial to the shop's success, as you will be baking every cupcake enjoyed by customers the following day. The ideal candidate enjoys the repetitive and meditative nature of scooping cupcakes, prefers a kitchen environment outside of peak hours, and takes pride in contributing to the creation of high-quality cupcakes. This role can also serve as a great second job for those pursuing other interests during the day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, diligent, reliable, team-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, maintains a clean work environment, works well with others, and takes initiative. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
