This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional Retail/Cup product. It involves the handling, labeling, and packaging of retail products, as well as managing the accelerated process flow of the Pack-out process. The role requires strict adherence to all corporate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Food Safety policies, including allergen control and a "Clean as you go" program. The employee is also responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities, and individuals. If monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs), training in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and adherence to approved HACCP plans are required. Other duties include label verification and line clearance between batches. After appropriate training and time in the position, the employee will be expected to run, adjust, break down, and reassemble job-specific processing/packaging equipment. Communication with the Supervisor regarding any hindrances or recognized issues/failures is also a key accountability.
