About The Position

The Culture Editor will be responsible for defining and executing Synthesia's social voice and narrative, ensuring its content resonates with the target audience and contributes to the company's brand identity. • Genuinely curious about AI and its implications for human creativity and the future of work.
  • Optimistic about the future of AI and believes it can make work more human.
  • Has a strong sense of what resonates with an audience and can explain why.
  • Instinct first, data second approach to content.
  • Writes well, with a point of view and a specific voice.
  • Organized enough to manage a workflow but thrives in a role with room for creative input.
  • Can identify content opportunities without a direct brief.

Responsibilities

  • Owning Synthesia's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, day to day and long term.
  • Shaping the social voice and narrative around AI, creativity, and the future of work.
  • Building a content calendar that has rhythm without losing soul.
  • Engaging with our community in a way that’s fun, thoughtful and real.
  • Tracking what works, spotting trends, and knowing when the numbers are telling the story and when they're not.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to join a company with product-market fit.
  • Work with smart, kind, and unrelenting people.
  • A culture that allows employees to do their best work without distractions.
