The role operates at the intersection of People & Culture and Marketing & Communications, supporting initiatives that connect employees, build community, and amplify RIVA’s values both internally and externally. RIVA Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Culture & Community Engagement Intern to support employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and brand presence activities throughout the organization. This is a highly visible role that works directly with executive leadership and supports enterprise-wide initiatives including mentorship programs, ambassador initiatives, engagement campaigns, community events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, professional, and eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of culture, communications, and corporate operations. This internship offers meaningful ownership and exposure, with strong potential for extension or conversion into a full-time Associate-level role for high-performing individuals.
