About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Culture and Engagement Manager on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in culture and engagement programmes grounded in employee insight. You will take responsibility for work that connects listening strategy, survey analytics and leadership activation, while ensuring that communication and facilitation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The people function combines employee experience, reliable judgement, usable processes and respect for sensitive information.

Requirements

Relevant experience delivering culture and engagement programmes grounded in employee insight in a demanding environment.
Strong working knowledge of listening strategy and survey analytics.
Practical experience applying leadership activation and communication.
Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving facilitation.
Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

Experience from multi-site or rapidly changing organisations.
Exposure to action tracking in a cross-functional environment.
Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
