The Cultural Arts & Events Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a dynamic, high-quality cultural arts and events program that enriches the lives of older adults. This role curates elevated experiences, including live performances, concert and theatre collaborations, and community partnerships, while aligning all programming with the Six Dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Social, Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Communal. This position blends creative vision with operational excellence to foster a vibrant cultural environment supporting lifelong learning, meaningful engagement, and holistic well-being. The role oversees a comprehensive activities program, including the planning and execution of special events, community excursions, and cultural experiences. Responsibilities also include digital signage management, collaboration with residents on programming, and strong interdepartmental coordination. The position maintains budgetary oversight and compliance, while handling day-to-day administrative duties in support of residents and the Life Enrichment team.
