Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of experience in cannabis, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
Willingness to be flexible and take on varying responsibilities as needed.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must pass all background checks required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).
Must obtain and maintain an active Cannabis Agent Registration Card issued by the CCC.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks such as cloning, transplanting, watering, pruning, trellising, and defoliation.
Monitor plant health and environmental conditions, making necessary adjustments as directed.
Maintain accurate cultivation records, labels, and inventory in METRC and internal tracking systems.
Follow all company SOPs and maintain compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the facility.
Document daily tasks, product weights, and activities for quality assurance and regulatory reporting.
Participate in cross-training and rotate between departments based on business needs.
Support a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Communicate proactively with supervisors and coworkers to improve processes.
