What This Role Is All About As a Cultivation Technician, you are a key part of the grow operation. You support plant health, maintain clean and organized environments, and help ensure everything is running smoothly from veg to harvest. Your goal is to produce consistent, high quality plants while following all compliance and operational standards. Is This You? Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance.
  • Meets all state requirements to work in a cultivation facility.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Plant Health and Growth: Assist with watering, feeding, pruning, and general plant care. Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns. Follow daily cultivation schedules and assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining Clean and Compliant Grow Spaces: Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment regularly. Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs. Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assisting with Harvest and Post Harvest: Support harvesting, trimming, and processing plants. Handle plants carefully to maintain quality standards. Assist with drying, curing, and preparation.
  • Supporting Inventory and Accuracy: Track plant movement and update systems as needed. Assist with counts and ensure accuracy in reporting. Follow processes to maintain compliance with state systems.
  • Being a Strong Teammate: Maintain a positive and respectful environment. Step in where needed and support the team. Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of.
