Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed

Cannabis or agricultural experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform daily cultivation, harvest, or post-harvest tasks in accordance with company standards
Assist with planting, watering, feeding, pruning, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, or packaging as assigned
Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
Accurately track and record plant and product data using required systems
Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled environment
Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals
