Requirements

• Dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working in hot and humid environments
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with heights and using ladders safely
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting grow rooms
• Setting up pots and materials for transplanting
• Transplanting and tagging plants
• Cloning plants and maintaining clone trays
• Assisting with irrigation and nutrient mixing
• Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns
• Applying biological controls and pesticides safely
• Processing plant waste
• Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas
• Reporting faulty equipment or maintenance issues
