We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cannabis Cultivation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis cultivation techniques, plant health, compliance requirements, and team leadership. This role is responsible for supervising cultivation staff, maintaining high-quality production standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the successful harvest of premium cannabis products.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, plant science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–5 years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, plant nutrition, irrigation systems, and integrated pest management.
Familiarity with state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience using cultivation tracking and inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead daily cultivation activities, including cloning, transplanting, vegetative growth, flowering, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing.
Train, coach, and evaluate cultivation team members to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintain optimal environmental conditions, including lighting, temperature, humidity, irrigation, and nutrient schedules.
Ensure all cultivation activities comply with state regulations, company SOPs, and health and safety standards.
Track cultivation metrics, plant inventory, and production data using inventory management systems.
Coordinate cultivation schedules to maximize yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
Assist with integrated pest management (IPM) programs and preventative plant care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cultivation environment.
Collaborate with management to improve cultivation processes, production goals, and quality standards.
Assist in planning crop cycles, labor schedules, and resource allocation.
Report operational issues, equipment needs, and production updates to the Cultivation Manager.
