We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cannabis Cultivation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis cultivation techniques, plant health, compliance requirements, and team leadership. This role is responsible for supervising cultivation staff, maintaining high-quality production standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the successful harvest of premium cannabis products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, plant science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, plant nutrition, irrigation systems, and integrated pest management.
  • Familiarity with state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using cultivation tracking and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead daily cultivation activities, including cloning, transplanting, vegetative growth, flowering, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate cultivation team members to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain optimal environmental conditions, including lighting, temperature, humidity, irrigation, and nutrient schedules.
  • Ensure all cultivation activities comply with state regulations, company SOPs, and health and safety standards.
  • Track cultivation metrics, plant inventory, and production data using inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate cultivation schedules to maximize yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with integrated pest management (IPM) programs and preventative plant care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cultivation environment.
  • Collaborate with management to improve cultivation processes, production goals, and quality standards.
  • Assist in planning crop cycles, labor schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Report operational issues, equipment needs, and production updates to the Cultivation Manager.
