About The Position

The Cultivation Facilities Specialist will be responsible for taking inventory while reporting it to the Inventory and Compliance manager. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout the facility, and Receiving & Organizing incoming shipments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to pass state mandated background check
• Reliable Transportation
• 0-3 years of farming or janitorial work
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques
• Organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lb
• Ability to wear a fitted respirator
• Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of farming or maintenance experience
• Experience with cleanroom or other detailed cleaning

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the facility (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) including the grow room floors, corridors and bathrooms
• Spray floors with disinfecting chemicals to promote biosecurity
• Handle laundered items
• Washes dishes when necessary
• Receive, stock, and manage consumables inventory
• Report supply restocking needs to Inventory Team
• Make adjustments and small repairs as needed
• Assist cultivation team with misc. tasks as needed
• Collect Cleaning Validation Swabs
