About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. The role involves completing tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health, maintaining quality-control measures, and keeping production areas organized, clean, and efficient. Day-to-day plant care includes watering, pruning, and trimming. The agent must follow applicable Commonwealth requirements and Cresco Labs standards for plant production and quality control. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $18–$18 USD. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and comply with applicable legal and company regulations for working in the industry. Cresco Labs does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing products for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform the duties.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates with varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Ability to work around plant material, with possible exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

Responsibilities

Prune, top, and trim plants according to Cresco Labs policy and complete other tasks needed to support plant health.
Move plants efficiently and in an orderly manner between areas of the cultivation facility.
Move Rockwool for plant transplanting.
Transplant smaller plants into larger pots.
Complete assigned duties to maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including safe waste disposal.
Keep cultivation equipment and tools clean, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
Assist the Cultivation Manager in tracking plants from birth to harvest through accurate documentation of applicable activities.
Accurately document plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information.
