Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training.
Ability to remember and adhere to all compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for extended time periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Harvesting and initial processing of Cresco Labs' product, ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
Plucking leaves before harvest while working within the garden.
Monitoring and controlling dry rooms to optimize specific flower qualities and standards.
Weighing and packaging Fresh/Frozen Flower.
Bucking, weighing, bagging, tagging, and labeling product for identification.
Hand-selecting product for optimal size, quality, and appearance using attention to detail.
Performing repetitive tasks for extended periods, involving sitting, standing, moving, and vigorous activities in varying temperatures and humidity.
Strictly adhering to hygienic and sanitation policies set by Cresco Labs and the State.
Performing all assigned duties to ensure a clean and safe workspace and production facility.
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
Reporting all quality control issues during harvest to the supervisor immediately.
Maintaining accurate records of product harvested and processed for product identification and quality control.
