About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable candidates to join our culinary team in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment. This role is pivotal to our kitchen operations, and we are looking for individuals who enjoy prepping food and creating delicious meals.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Micros, KDS, or Compeat, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Commitment to kitchen safety.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and kitchen.
  • Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, dough, and party food.
  • Cook meals on the line efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure food presentation is appealing before serving.
  • Follow recipes accurately and minimize waste.
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties like sweeping and mopping.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations.
  • Perform all duties with a high level of performance each shift.
