The Culinary Supervisor position will report to the Concessions Chef and will be responsible to coordinate the day to day operations of their assigned kitchens. This role involves leading a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily, performing daily uniform checks, and ensuring staff adhere to food preparation standards, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring equipment is in safe and operable condition, identifying and storing food items correctly, and participating in monthly inventory. Teamwork, adherence to uniform guidelines, and performing other duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role.
