The Culinary Supervisor position will report to the Concessions Chef and will be responsible to coordinate the day to day operations of their assigned kitchens. This role involves leading a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily, performing daily uniform checks, and ensuring staff prepare food items according to portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies, and procedures. The supervisor will maintain HACCP standards, ensuring high-quality food, proper food temperatures, product rotation, and cleanliness and sanitation standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors, and drains, and ensuring all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and in safe, operable condition. The role includes identifying and storing food items according to established standards, participating in monthly inventory, and acting as a team player in product preparation, service, and delivery. Adherence to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines is also required, along with performing other assigned duties.
