Catering Culinary Supervisor - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position. Schedule: Part time event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to work all Hawks home games. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of culinary experience, with strong catering, banquet, or large event experience preferred. At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role is preferred. The candidate should have experience executing catered events, working with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and managing prep and production for events. Experience working in hotels, catering companies, banquet facilities, or high-volume event venues is strongly preferred. The candidate must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment while maintaining food quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Summary: The Catering Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing culinary operations for catered events at State Farm Arena, including catering, suites, and other special events. This position supervises culinary team members, assists with event prep and production, and ensures food is prepared and presented according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). This role plays a key part in ensuring events are executed on time, with quality and presentation standards met, in a high-volume sports and entertainment environment.
