The Culinary Specialist is a professional who manages food preparation and service in various settings. They oversee daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring food quality and safety standards are followed. They also handle inventory management and budget control. Their duties include monitoring sanitation practices, preparing food items according to recipe guidelines. Their focus is on providing an exceptional food and beverage experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Culinary Specialist will work 8 hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand. Holidays and weekends are affected by peak demand which means all team members must work together during those days to keep Food & Beverage operations running efficiently.
