About The Position

At CountryHouse Folsom, an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for a Culinary Services Manager to lead our dining program and create experiences residents look forward to every day. Requirements

Culinary or dining management experience with strong leadership skills
A hands-on leadership style and passion for creating great food
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Accountability, Personal Investment, and a commitment to Excellence
A genuine interest in creating an exceptional experience for seniors
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the culinary and dining team
Create delicious, resident-focused menus and memorable dining experiences
Take a hands-on role in meal preparation and culinary support at least four days per week
Build relationships with residents and gather feedback to continually improve dining
Plan special meals, celebrations, and dining events
Manage inventory, ordering, kitchen workflow, and food costs
Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance
Keep dining operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly
