About The Position

As a Culinary Server, you play an important role in serving nutritious meals with kindness, accuracy, and attention to individual needs—helping turn everyday dining into meaningful moments. Position Summary: Provides timely, courteous meal service in a long-term care dining environment while ensuring accuracy with therapeutic diets, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting a positive resident experience.
Requirements
- Food service experience preferred (long-term care experience a plus)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused attitude
- Basic reading and math skills required

Responsibilities
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents with care and respect
- Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
- Ensure correct meal delivery based on dietary needs
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor food safety procedures and equipment as assigned
- Assist with food storage, supplies, and nourishment preparation
- Communicate resident needs and dietary changes to team members
- Provide friendly, attentive service that supports resident dignity
