About The Position

Culinary Servers at The Crossings of Willmar become family and impact the lives of residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being. The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is a Lifespark Senior Living Community that provides Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
