About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Culinary Operations Coordinator position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the culinary leadership team by coordinating daily operations, maintaining efficient administrative systems, managing communications, and assisting with purchasing, compliance, and event coordination. Facilitates seamless communication and drives operational excellence across all levels of care, ensuring the highest standards of service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in hospitality, culinary operations, or administrative support, preferably within a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
