About The Position

Eleven. in Foodland Farms Ala Moana is looking for Line Cooks to join our culinary team. We are seeking high energy, creative culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. Our cooks play a key role in preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality foods that reflect HawaiÊ»i’s diverse food culture while maintaining consistent standards, food safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knife skills and basic cooking techniques required
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation methods, and safe food handling practices
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standardized procedures
• TB Clearance required (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous culinary experience in a high-volume food establishment, restaurant, or prepared foods operation
• Experience working as a Line Cook or similar role
• Familiarity with fast-paced kitchen environments and production cooking

Responsibilities
