SNAP Custom Pizza and Salads is an artisanal pizza and salad shop offering delicious pizza and salad options to the public every day of the week. As a part of the team at Snap Custom Pizza and Salads, you would be directly responsible for every customers experience, from the moment we greet them as they enter the store, to the last touches they get on their items before they sit down to eat. Requirements
- Being a people person
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Being punctual and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Cooking/kitchen prep (1 year) preferred
- Will train the right person
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, cheese, sauces, and pizza toppings using preparation guidelines and proper portioning tools
- Ensure all food and other items are stored and dated properly
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ensure the quality of the ingredients we use following a FIFO standard
- Monitor and maintain the quality of each product
- Monitor inventory and place food orders as necessary
