Northland Heights Senior Living is hiring a Culinary Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the dietary staff and kitchen. This role requires a self-motivated and service-focused professional with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given time. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Culinary Director will be responsible for working with the management team, designing menus, handling specialized diets as well as overseeing all aspects of the kitchen staff, food ordering, sanitation, inspections and prepping and serving meals within an established budget.
