About The Position

Crosstown Landing, an Assisted Living Community, is seeking a passionate and customer-service-driven Culinary Director to lead the culinary department at their newest senior living community in Andover, MN. This role involves managing the culinary department, including hiring, training, and scheduling servers to ensure the highest level of service in the dining room. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of experience as a culinary leader required.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate required.
  • Must be able to produce a negative drug test.
  • May be subject to a background check.
