The Culinary Associate I is responsible for ensuring dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are clean, dry, and stored appropriately. This role also involves performing general cleaning tasks, following HACCP principles, and managing position paperwork. The associate will utilize correct hand hygiene procedures, respond effectively to patients and internal/external customers, and safely operate position equipment, including performing applicable cleaning and sanitation procedures.
