About The Position

Reena Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Aide/Server to join their growing team. Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, was recently voted “Best Assisted living in the Area” by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 7th straight year. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Reena provides a supportive environment allowing new employees to grow as they join their caring team. Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
