About The Position

Our Culinary Assistant/Server becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team! Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It’s a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently!

Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
