About The Position
As a Culinary Assistant-Chicken Slicer, you will perform various tasks relating to chicken preparation, packaging, and customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Safely use/operate knives, knife sharpeners, scalers, scales, and wrapping machines
- Excellent customer service
- Good oral communication skills

Responsibilities
- Set up chicken station
- Wipe down and clean chicken station, as needed
- Ensure excellent quality of chicken
- Proper use of slicer machine
- Stock supplies for the chicken preparation
- Package finished products
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Assist in other duties, as assigned
