About The Position

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and follow dietary extensions, dietary orders / restrictions / food consistencies according to tray cards and work assignments.
- Engage with patients and residents we serve is a respectful and professional manner.
- Perform defined work routines, using various dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Chefs/Kitchen Manager.
- Perform cleaning procedures and keep area and equipment in sanitary condition.
- Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to measure and mix cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Good motor skills and manual dexterity required for various work routines such as preparing food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes operating dietary equipment and cleaning work area.
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, to accommodate changes due to culture change implementations.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food Service experience preferred.

- Be a collaborative member of the dietary team to provide excellent food service delivery to residents and patients.
