About The Position
The Culinary Aide is responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for residents, guests, and team members by providing outstanding customer service while assisting with food preparation, meal service, dining room operations, and kitchen sanitation. The Culinary Aide plays an important role in creating a welcoming dining atmosphere by delivering meals accurately, maintaining attractive dining rooms, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring every resident enjoys a positive dining experience.
