Castle Senior Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Culinary Aide to join our dining team at Grand Hills Castle in New Berlin, WI. Requirements
- Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal service in the dining room
- Deliver meals to residents as needed
- Set up and clear dining areas before and after meals
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock supplies and assist with inventory organization
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with culinary and caregiving team members
- Support a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all residents
