About The Position

KITCHEN DESIGNER The kitchen designer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales. They approach customers with a consultative approach and use design systems such as 20-20 Design to provide design services, product options, and quotes for their projects. They present customers with various financing options available in-store and promote related products and services. In short, our kitchen designers are motivated by selling the complete project. This position requires good accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, one must first accurately identify the precise needs of customers, then make sales that fit their budget – all to help them complete their dream kitchen project.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- Motivated by selling the complete project.
- Excellent reading, communication, math, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge in the construction field and ability to read architectural and layout plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., 20-20 and AutoCAD).
