About The Position

The Cuber position is responsible for inspecting and ensuring product meets specifications before packaging, and for ensuring equipment is operational to meet daily production goals. This role involves operating various machines, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Forklift Certification
• May require Respirator fit testing
• Able to read a tape measure or depth gauge
• Ability to read and understand English

Responsibilities

• Operate the Cuber machine
• Operate the Depalleter, Splitter, Wrapper, Tumbler, and Tumbling cuber machines
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all Lock Out and Tag out Safety procedures
• Inspect product going through machine to ensure it meets quality standards
• Fill out Cuber Operator Checklist hourly and scrap reports for product being thrown away
• Assist in any machine breakdowns and mold changes
• Assist with clean ups either machine, mixer, or hoppers
• Learn to operate a forklift
• Hand stacking or splitting product
• Put together fire pit kits
• Follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by supervisor
